As Auxillium’s Co-Founder and Executive Director, Tony Petrozza is also the Creator of Perficio and plays the character of Phineas (Ben Franklin’s sidekick) in Perficio’s debut home study course The Way to Wealth. Perficio will make its debut to the public in early Fall 2020 — however, it has been a major part of Tony’s life since 2012 (the year he became a certified personal development life coach).
The Personal Development Coach
Tony is a lifelong “self-help devotee,” despite the fact that he stopped buying self-help books years ago. Early on, Tony understood that the value of self-help books and online personal development courses was in the application of the teachings to one’s goals and not just the acquisition of of knowledge. Without some type of outside intervention — like a coach who can identify and mental and emotional roadblocks and has techniques to help you overcome — reaching the goals you had when you purchased said self-help book/course is difficult. Those same roadblocks that created a situation that led you to purchase said self-help book/course will continue to be roadblocks as you learn the material.
It was through his coaching practice that Tony realized he could use modern technologies to apply the same techniques he used for his clients to self-improvement materials, opening the pandora’s box that would become Perficio. In late 2018, Tony closed his private coaching practice so he could dedicate 100% of his energy on bringing Perficio to life.

In addition to his many roles at Auxillium, Tony is also a actor who trained with George Morrison at The New Actors Workshop in New York, a proud veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division, and parent to six rescue cats (and ferals Larry, Momma Cat, and Grayboy). In his spare time you can find Tony practicing martial arts in the park, on his sailboat in New York harbor (or scuba-diving with Danny in Florida), or leading a mindfulness/meditation session on Facebook Live.
